Ok try this again I need help with daisy buttercream. Can that be done how many days ahead. For a wedding in Aug in NC I do not wish them to be hard I do not wish the icing to crust over. I have only did one wedding cake. And that was blindly because thats the day my teacher had the flu and couldnt do the class. Do I set up when I get to the wedding or can I transport it after it has already been made. I will try again to post a pic of one that I did please help sorry can not figure out how to add the attachment

I'm not sure what you mean by you don't want the daisy to be hard and you don't want it crusted over? icon_confused.gif To hold it's shape, the flower has to crust or harden even a little bit.

Edna shows how to make them with Royal Icing. I don't know how you could do them w/o having them crusted or hard???
