quick question for those of you who use Satin Ice - just wondering what the shelf life is on it. I'm thinking about ording a 5lb tub of it and would like to know what to expect as far as how long it will last. THANKS!!!

About 6 months if it's well wrapped and kept on the counter...

I believe the tub says that the fondant is good for 12 months if kept WELL wrapped (air tight) in a cupboard (away from light or extreme temperatures).

yep 12 mos. new containers come with a specific exp. date. Of course, if you leave it out it will dry.

I keep my left overs in the clear wrap and then in the air tight container it came in.
