I've made MMF 3 or 4 times and it has always been decent to work with. I prefer the texture od Fondx or Satin Ice but anyway this time I need some fondant in a hurry so I whipped up a batch of MMF and it was so stretchy it wouldn't hold any of the shapes I tried to make. I kept adding more powdered sugar but the consistancy never seemd to change. Has that ever happened to you and what do you do to make it more workable?
