I have a bride next month wanting all hexagons - the problem is we need to serve 250 guests. I know we'll have to definitely do a 5 tier, and I know she would be ok if we had to do a 6. Any suggestions as to what sizes to do? I've been on vacation and I think my brain still is b/c I've sat down and tried to figure out which dimensions to do and not getting anywhere!! icon_smile.gif

I have hexagons 6,8,9,10,12,14&15" pans, but don't know the serving amounts for the 8,10,12,& 14"

Can anyone lend some help/suggestions??? Or at least can tell me the servings for each one.

thanks so much!!!
