I keep looking at the classes there and was wondering if anybody tried them? Some (most) are pretty pricey!

I've gone to many classes at the Wilton school--from 3 hrs. on roses to the Masters to pulled sugar. They're all well taught & well worth the $ (cheaper on a per hour rate than just about anywhere else). The staff is wonderful, the facilities are comfortable, you get a 25% discount on the whole store for the length of your class, and you get to talk "cake" with classmates & staff.

I'm going for 2 wks. in Sept. for flowers with Nick Lodge (a superb value) and for Lambeth classes (virtually impossible to find a week of instruction in that anywhere else).

If you can swing it, it'll be $ well spent.
