My son wants a pirate ship cake that sits on top of a sheet cake that is to be the land/water. I am already nervous about making a 3D cake but we found out that the place we are having it is having AC problems. If we bring a fan and put it directly on the cake woulod it be okay? What if I froze it? Would it have drops of water on it as it thawed out? I'm so upset b/c this is all he has talked about since he was a pirate at Halloween! icon_cry.gif I guess my last resort would be to have someone come late with it but I don't trust people that don't realize the time and effort it takes to make a cake to transport it LOL
Please help me!!

How hot do you estimate it will be in the room that day?
