I Need Cake Construction Help And Pan Size Help !!!

i'm working with a bride who keeps changing her mind.. and FINALLY she's come to a decision.. lol the image below is the "ideal" cake she wants in construction design.. however, this is my first wedding cake and i have NO CLUE WHAT SO EVER about how to support the cake and the fountain... HELP!!! also i only need this cake to feed between 150-175... soooooo what size cakes would everyone recommend me using to make this picture... HELP ME!! lol

You could show it to your bride and see what she thinks.
If your 12" cake is on a 12" plate, I don't think your fountain will fit between the pillars. You'd have to use a 14" plate under the 12" cake (and under the fountain) for the fountain to fit.
I've done fountains that sit on top of cakes..... you do them no different than you do for cakes ... good dowel support under the plates and you're fine.
