I am a newbie and I would like to try decorating cookies with rolled buttercream. How do I apply this to the cookie? Is there a tutorial anywhere?

Just lay it on the hot cookie and it will adhere. Hve your bc cut and ready to go when the cookies come out of the oven.

Hi and Welcome to CC, Lisa2416. icon_smile.gif

Decoding CC acronyms:

Everything you ever wanted to know about RBC:
(Recipes not found in CC recipes section, comparisons to fondant, how to use on cookies & cake and much more.)

(Sorry my answers are hardly ever "short and sweet".) icon_lol.gif

I put the RB on the cookie right out of the oven.
I've read a post that they stick the RB cookie back into the oven for another minute so it adheres better.
I need to know how to make it more off white in color?

Why don't you use food color?
