I need some help!!!!!!,how can I make a sleeping baby on a smiling moon cake??? I have some ideas but I someone more advanced coould help me I appreciate it . My friend want me to make the cake for her babyshower but I am not professional so I am shaking...

I did a sleeping baby w/ moon cake. Look in my pics. The moon isn't smiling, but you could make it. Just a thought.

This was online. The lady who made this covered the moon made of styrofoam with fondant.
