Would you make one or two batches of RI for a batch of NFSC? The cookie recipe makes about 5 doz. cookies...

I tend to make two for a full batch, but I had the same question...
can anyone tell me how much to estimate per cookie (average 3" round)?

I need to make 15 - 3" rounds and I'm always guessing by eye, but if anyone could give me a better estimate (especially for getting the amount of colors right)

thanks!!!
