Has anyone here tried R&H White Cake Mix by Dawn? I came across it doing an internet search. There is a local bakery in our town that people rave over the cake. It is a very good cake and I'm trying to find something close. I don't think it is a scratch cake but I know its not a doctored cake mix that you buy a supermarket. My best guess is that she uses a commercial cake base or mix. If anyone has tried it, I would love to get your thoughts on the matter.
