I have a cake due this sat. for a bridal shower. My cake will have buttercream and fondant. I only have friday to decorate the cake so how do I store this? What if I can't cover it or box it and can I refridgerate fondant? Also, do you ahve to refridgerate a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting? HELP????

The fridge may effect your fondant because of the humidity of it. That's the reason you need to box and wrap it with plastic wrap. And depending on the weather where you are will depend whether you need to refridge the cream cheese buttercream. But I think right now almost everywhere is to hot to leave out that bc.
