I have an order for a large 3D Square castle cake for 125.I usually stack 4-8 inch squares and then put the towers on each corner. She wants it like a boys mid evil castle but in princess colors!! If I use 12 inch or 14 inch square cakes in 4 layers will it feed 125?? Man this cake is going to be heavy!!!It is for a summer camp for girls!

What are your thoughts!!!

Stack 4 12 inch square cakes together.. with board inbetween.. that should give 144 servings...

I'll be back after I think LOL

Debbie Brown has a boys medieval castle cake in one of her books (I forget which one), but you could use that as a guide and just make it bigger.

(I think it's either her Easy Party Cakes or the Enchanted Castle Cakes cookbooks)

Here's another one. If you used a 14-inch cake and a 12- inch cake it should give you plenty of servings. HTH!
