How do you make the baby bump on the pregnant mommy cake? Is it just a cake carved into a half round?
Thanks!

For mine I used half of the ball pan on top of an 11x14. I think this is a pretty standard method.

I've used a ball pan and for the boobs some use carved cupcakes or mini ball pans. I actually baked mine in a corelle oven save coffee cup. It was the right shape. I have also heard of people using Styrofoam shapes covered in saran wrap (of course not edible).

You will notice I added an outie belly button for the real effect.

Here's how the two I did came out.

I've used the wilton easter egg pan for the the baby bump. Not the one that sits upright but the one that is half an egg. And for the lovely lady lumps-I use the wonder pan. They often require a bit of shaping before placing. I must admit the coffee cup sounds like a solid idea-must try!
