I have to make 96 3"square 2"tall "cupcakes" and they have to be covered in poured fondant. I just don't know how much fondant to make to accomplish this. Has anyone made a bulk batch before? I've never used it.
Thanks,
Dawn

This is very helpful. My mother loves petit fours so I will have to try this.
