I got a request for a full bodied buck that is laying down resting. Can anyone tell me how to do this? PLEASE! I appreciate any advice!

I'd do the body out of cake and the head and antlers out of rice krispies/gumpaste/fondant, etc., then just stick it onto the cake with a dowel.
