I'm making cupcakes for my brother's baseball team get together on monday, baking on Sunday.

I have a recipe for chocolate cake that makes a 10 inch bundt cake. I need to make 2 doz cupcakes and I wanted to know if I have to make a double recipe.

Please, someone, help NOW! I only have so much sugar and I need to know if I need to buy more.

It should make about 1 dozen, but it depends on how big your cupcake tins are. If they are regular sized and not jumbo, you may get 16 - 18, My tins are large and jumbo, my large cupcake tin makes 15 and my jumbo makes 12. However it also depends on if you overfill your cupcakes to get a 'top' or if you 2/3rd fill them for a level cupcake!

I think a recipe that would make a 10" bundt cake would make 24 cupcakes.
