Just wondering if anyone has had to raise their prices this Summer, being that everything else has gone up. I'm considering doing this since I haven't changed my prices in 5 years. I charge $25.00 for a 1/4 sheet BC, $35.00 for a 1/2 sheet BC, and, of course, $70.00 for a full sheet BC. I'm thinking about going up $5.00 on all of them. What are your thoughts?
I raised everything I make about 2 months ago.I base my prices on servings.I charge $2.00 for the slab cakes and $4.00 for 3D cakes..Cupcakes are also $2.00 each!Tiered cakes and extras like fondant pieces and chocolate pieces are over and above base price.
