I have been contacted by a Jewish Caterer about making a wedding cake for an event he is catering. I have full use of his kosher kitchen and he is purchasing all the supplies I need. BUT my normal standby cake recipe is not Kosher its a meat wedding which means no dairy. I was wondering if anyone out there has any true and tried scratch non dairy Kosher recipes that I can experment with prior to making the cake. TIA
