i was just wondering if it was possible to make modeling chocolate with real chocolate (not white chocolate) i have a cake to do that is just going to be a pretty cake without a lot of decorations, and i wanted to do chocolate stripes up the side but the white chocolate colored brown would not lend to the flavor at all. (its a chocolate cake with mint icing) just curious as to whether or not anyone has tried this?!

thanks!

absolutely!!!! You would just use 12oz. of chocolate to 1/3 cup of corn syrup instead of the 14 oz. of white chocolate. it's delicious too........tastes like tootsie rolls!
