Freeze Now Or Not?

baked cake over the weekend and just wrapped and refrigerated to use upcoming week. Found out it was not needed so should I freeze the cake now or what. Will it keep in the fridg for another week? what should i do????

Freeze it. Freezers are designed to lock in moisture. Fridges are ment to keep things cooler but will actually pull the moisture out.
