I'm about to make sugarshack's icing for the first time, but the directions don't call for the powdered sugar to be sifted (which I usualy do for my other recipe). Does it matter? Please, any help would be appreciated! icon_smile.gif

Thanks Sharon! I have to say that the flavor and consistancy of your icing is amazing! thumbs_up.gif Filling the mixer to the rim is the trick! Unfortuatly, I had a problem w/ it not crusting for me. I was really frustrated. icon_mad.gif Could it possibly be because it was fairly humid yesterday? I put in my air conditioner and even put the cakes in my fridge, but they still wouldn't crust. icon_cry.gif ...However, putting that aside...it was fabulous! Thanks!
