I haven't tried the WASC cake yet but I see everyone talking about it on here all the time! Is it really that great? I was thinking of using it, with a white chocolate/macadamia nut filling, do you think the flavors would compliment each other?

I didn't understand why everyone went on about WASC until I tried it. It really is that good.

I've only used it with a chocolate buttercream or almond buttercream filling, and it went well with both.

Melan, I think white chocolate & macadamia anything would be terrific! I use those as an alternative in Toll House cookies...never any left to use as samples! icon_biggrin.gif Great taste combo!!
