I am doing cakes for some friends whose husbands are turning 40 and 50 next weekend. I am doing two 9 X 13's side by side for each DH decorated like the napkins they will use. Here's the dilemma. One will be 1/2 yellow and 1/2 butter pecan with praline filling. The other wants Ger choc for one half and my choice for the other half. I wonder should I do something decadent and chocolate (thinking dk choc fudge with caramel pecan filling) or there's another recipe I saw on here for a Mexican Vanilla Kahlua cake that I've been wanting to try. I am also open to any other suggestions.

Thanks,

Susan

Okay, so no opinions....well, I'm leaning toward the Mexican Vanilla Kahlua. Anyone tried it? Oh and maybe do a Kahlua truffle filling. That would take care of the chocolate.
