Ok I have been asked to make 15 plates containing 2 dozen mini treats each week for an indefinate amount of time. I have thought of a few things but wondered if anyone has any ideas?? And how much do you charge to make 2 dozen cake balls?? Thanks in advance!!

There are a ton of things you can do. Everything from something as simple as a tart to something like say a mini frozen mousse. What kind of crowd, and more importantly $$$$$.
