If I made RBC tonight, can I use it in a couple of days? How do I store it, do I just leave it on the counter or do I refrigerate it? I'm trying to get a head start on things. I've never used it before I usually use royal icing.
TIA

I'm sorry you didn't receive a response as of yet. icon_surprised.gif

MY rbc stays refrigerated for 3-4 weeks in a tightly wrapped plastic (ziploc) bag that is placed in Tupperware.

I find that rbc works much better for me if I make it 3-4 days in advance.

Hope this helps! icon_biggrin.gif

I have also stored RBC in plastic wrap and containers for a month.........still good. I am not sure if it can turn 'bad', since it's made with shortening and sugar.
