I could have never done this cake without all of your help!! Especially mindywith3boys and kakeladi who recommended that I do a chocolate transfer for the pic of Mario. My first choc transfer and my first carved cake...although there wasn't much carving except for the darn bottom of the cake which had to defy gravity!!

The birthday boy...late 20's was speechless and his wife cried. Thank you all so very much!!!

I posted the picture of the entire cake in my pics....and don't worry there was no copyright or trademark infringement, this was a gift.
