I'm making ganache & bought some heavy cream like a week ago & the expiration date is from yesterday, is it still good? It smells alittle weird, but I've never smelled heavy cream before & when I smell milk, it always smells bad to me, whether i just got it or not...help if u can, thanks

I wouldn't use it.
