My question is related to the filling -- do you think the filling has to be refrigerated? I thought homemade curds had to be refrigerated. Also, any other ideas on alternate fillings?? Thanks!!!
When I've done my thumbprint cookies I use jams or jellies as a filling. Everyone loves them.
