I want to use this for my cousin's grad cake and want to make it ahead of time. How far in advance can I make it? It doesn't say how long it stays good.

I was just about to post this exact same question! Thanks for asking it! Also, does anyone know if I don't have dough hooks if I can just use my hands at that point, like with MMF.
