Here is a really cool GIANT sugar cookie with Royalish looking icing. I'm going to try to make one. Do you think I should turn the temp down to 325-350 for baking it? I'm worried about the edges burning. Any ideas?

Me too. Maybe this summer when things HOPEFULLY slow down a bit I'll try some new things like this. How cool for valentines day to do large hearts with notes on them. I'll be watching for an answer too!!
