My daughter turned 2 on Saturday and after DH went out and bought princess invitations and stuff, I made this cake! I was totally unprepared as I usually plan a cake carefully and had planned on making her a jumbo jet! My daughter loved it, as did everybody else at the party!

Snow white's torso is modeled from fondant, her dress is a fondant covered mini wonder mold cake. The castle towers and turrets are toilet paper rolls and ice cream cones, covered in fondant. The cake itself is part chocolate, part vanilla, and covered in buttercream.
