Hi guys,
This past weekend there was a big craft fair and festival. DH and I went, but apparently I missed the "bread" booth. I have had friends and customers calling all week wanting to know if I can make breads like these ladies. One emailed me the website for this company, which is about four hours away.
Some of the flavors include blueberry, banana nut, chocolate peanut butter fantasy, cinnamon crumble, etc. -- the list goes on and on! Apparently they sell them in two sizes and muffins.
Does anyone have some tried and true bread recipes they would be willing to share or advice for adding on a line like this?
Thanks in advance!
I can understand why that booth would be very popular.

I posted a recipe for Dark Chocolate Banana Nut Cake in the recipe section of CC. Drop the 2 extra Tbs. of flour called for and bake in 1 large or 2 smaller loaf pans. It is the best chocolate bread I have ever eaten. It would be a big seller. I use to sell quick breads at country boutiques and they are really good moneymakers. I have an almond bread that is just to die for also.
