I have a cake order coming up for a celiac, and would like to make a graduation cap out of fondant, but I'm not sure if it's safe. This is the first cake I've made for someone I don't know, and being as though there is a huge allergy issue, I certainly can't take any chances. I tried searching on line, but couldn't find an answer. TIA
