I'm in the process of purchasing things for a wedding cake i'm doing in june and the bride and groom want chocolate sea shells - i've see pictures in the galleries were the shells have a "shine" to them and was wondering what the difference is between luster dust and pearl dust. what do you guys prefer using for this?
