Here is a recipe for making icing sugar subsitute from Splenda

⢠3/4 cup SPLENDA® Granular
⢠2 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Place ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend until SPLENDA® Granular is a very fine powder.
Use instead of powdered sugar for garnishing cakes and pastries.

Im not sure if it would work for fondant, but the website says you can use it as a subsitute for regular butter cream
