Help need ideas for either one or tow cakes for a father daughter surprise party (40th/13th). The preference would be that the cakes be 3D if possible rather than a flat sheet cake type. Had thought of Songham star shaped 2 tiered with a martial artist kicking on top (freestanding). Could this be done with gum paste and is it hard to work with? have not made anything with gum paste before.
