How do I get my pic to download it keeps giving me aan error. What am I doing wrong

Is the size of the photo correct? If its too big it won't work.

I had this problem using "Safari" (I have a MAC)...but I downloaded Fire Fox (it's free) and was able to communicate with CC server that way.
