When I was taking the wilton class this girl came in with her cake decorated and she said she did the sides with a knife.? It was so cool and I was looking to learn how to do it. She said she got the idea from CC and I was just wondering if anyone knows how she did it or if maybe she posted it here.? I looked in the most saved but there are so many

ok first let me say sorry about the misspell on the word design dont know what happened and i dont know how to change it!
maybe i need to explain this better, the sides of her cake looked like she put a butter knife, flat side down, on the side of the cake all the way down the sides. does that help?
