i use store bought fondant and need help acheiving black and red. How do i get these colors? any suggestions?

I strongly recommend buying Satin Ice pre-colored black and red fondant. It will add years to your life!

i TOTALLY AGREE, otherwise you'll be kneading for a LOOONG time and my hands just don't deal well with that. however, if you can't get satin ice, use americolor color gels. you'll still need to add quite a bit and you might find you need to add a little powdered sugar back in, too, but americolor will get you a deeper, richer color with less gel
