Hello friends. I am making wedding cake for my friends and they are obsessed with Red Velvet cake. I have never made one from scratch, and there are thousands of recipes out there! Anyone have a recipe that will absolutely knock their socks off???

I used one from the foodtv Throwdown with Bobby Flay cupcake challenge - the challenger did a red velvet cupcake that was Beautiful so I had to try it - I never really liked red velvet but I just had to make that one and it was AWESOME!

I just made it the other day and it tripled perfectly. Also, the frosting, which you might not want for the wedding, is DREAMY. It's almost like whipping cream frosting, so smooth and not too sweet at all. My dh and kids were loving it!
