I couldn't wait to show everybody this cake. Is a dummy decorated with fondant. I'm taking it to a bridal show I'm having this sunday. It took me forever to finish, well more like 6 hours. I got a lot of inspiration from the galleries. Thanks everybody for sharing and helping me create this cake.

That is so much fun!! Great job!! I love the colors, and the design is so unique. Where I live I'll never get to do a wedding cake that creative. I'm lucky I get my brides to veer off the beaten track as much as I do already. They are going to love that at the show. It will definately get you noticed, and attract customers. I really liked this cake too. To get it to shine I just "painted" the stripes with a little water, enough for it to shine.
Next week I'll post the photos of my display in the show.
