Do anyone have a recipe for white chocolate mmf? Any how many batches will I make for a 6 in and 10 in square wedding cake?

You can add 2 oz of melted white chocolate into the melted marshmallows, or use the Lorann oil white chocolate flavoring. I also saw an article about adding in a recipe of candy clay to a batch of MMF, haven't tried it myself but I have heard good things about it. How much you will need depends a lot on how thin you roll your MMF, but I wouldn't think you would need more than a batch and a half. I always make 2 batches just in case and save the leftovers for small cut outs and things. Hope this helps icon_smile.gif
