Is there a way to flavor the chocolate that I plan to dip my cake truffles into? I have a supurb Tiramisu cake truffle that I would love to dip into espresso chocolate. How do I get my chocolate to have an espresso flavor? When I heat the whipping cream, do I add a Tbsp of espresso (ground) and then poor mixture through a sieve onto the chopped chocolate? Would this work?

any suggestions or recipes you have would be appreciated!

I think that sounds like it is worth a try. I can't see who infusing the flavor with your cream would hurt, assuming you are making ganache. You could also look for a espresso candy oil. Lorann oils, may have one.
