I've used the karo syrup candy recipe to make colored "glass" for greenhouses etc. I need to make some clear glass but when I use the same recipe it turns out an amber color.

Does anyone know how to make "clear" glass?

You can see a picture of a greenhouse on my website. I want to make a similiar building but the glass needs to be clear.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Try using straight Isomalt it will have little bubbles though. LorAnn Oils carries Isomalt candy mixes. Or make a straight clear candy recipe which, if made properly, will not contain little bubbles.

BTW that is some greenhouse! Lots of work there.....

Sorry - no - not at the present since I am suppose to be working. I's use any old peppermint cnady recipe though without the flavoring or coloring added.
