Hi! I'm new to all this and have been asked to make a birthday cake for a co-worker's husband. He's a pilot and so she wants an airplane or similar theme. The cake also needs to feed 75 people, so I'm thinking a large sheet cake? Any ideas would be most appreciated!
Thanks!

I did a cake for an ATC. It too needed to feed alot of people. It is in my photos. It is a 3 tier cake airbrushed with clouds (I got a little carried away with the clouds). I made about 20 gumpaste airplanes then painted them. They were on toothpics so I just stuck them into the side of the cake. On the top tier is a runway with actual landing strip directions. Then my husband wired the cake to have runway lights.

Good Luck!
