My icing recipe works really good, but I want to try Sugarshacks recipe. The main difference is that mine calls for 2T of cornsyrup. Does anyone know what the corn syrup would do in an icing recipe? icon_confused.gif

I put corn syrup in my chocolate bc and my peanut butter bc. It makes it smoother, pipe easier, and keeps the chocolate or peanut butter chips from clumping together when it cools down. Don't know about in your regular recipe.
