Here are a few pics of the kitchen I am renting. I don't have any of my cake stuff in it yet...I will be dong that this week. Just look at the size of that convection oven.

All I can say is "WOW! I'm jealous!!"

This kitchen is located in a private school that does not use the kitchen for lunch anymore. I wrote up a proposal for 3-4 evenings a week from 6:00-10:00 and presented it to the school director.

I proposed $400 a month for approx. 40-48 hours a month.

I listed the space that I would use and also all the licenses/permits and insurance that I would carry at my expense.
