i am looking for a wasc recipe from scratch. THe recipes I have found this morning on the web, all call for white cake box mixes. As I live in germany they are difficult to find. Much appreciate the help

Do you know any Americans who live on an Army base near you? I too live in Germany (near Heidelberg) and get my cake boxes at the commissary.

I work at the usa embassy´s communtiy support association. Unfortunately I do not have the rights to shop at the store-where all the cakemixes are on the shelves. I hoping that in time i will figure a way around this problem.
