Ok...sorry if it sounded a bit too vague.

The look I'm trying to achieve ...picture if you will, the garments that a Victorian Queen would wear. The 3x4ft pvc framework (actually a bit more oddly shaped but...) will be the piece that attaches from the "waistline" ...up the back side and higher than the head in a somewhat Fan shape.

I've thought of attaching "screen" mesh or netting (like for screen windows) to the pvc for the lightweight factor but need to make it more opaque so as not to be able to see thru it and some minor decorating touches. This is simply a backdrop piece for enhancing the look of the cake and display but will come under fire during the judging process of the show.
